Ordering

How does buying on Cupped work?

Cupped is a marketplace for independent UK roasters. You browse coffees from lots of different roasters, add what you like to your basket and check out once. Each roaster then ships the coffee they made directly to you.

Can I order from more than one roaster at once?

Yes. You can mix coffees from different roasters in a single basket and pay in one checkout. Each roaster despatches their own items, so they may arrive separately.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes — you’ll create an account with your email and a password during checkout. It lets you track orders, manage subscriptions and save delivery and payment details for next time.

Delivery

Who delivers my coffee?

The roaster who roasted it. Delivery options, costs and timings are set by each roaster and shown before you pay. Full details are on our Delivery & returns page.

When will my coffee arrive?

Most roasters roast to order for freshness and despatch within a few working days. You’ll get updates by email, and you can check progress in your account.

Coffee Club subscriptions

What is the Coffee Club?

It’s a subscription run by individual roasters. You choose the coffee, bag size and frequency, and it’s delivered on a schedule automatically. You can find clubs on participating roasters’ storefronts.

Can I pause, change or cancel a subscription?

Yes — manage all of this from your account. Changes apply to the next delivery that hasn’t been billed yet, so there are no surprise charges.

Payments & account

Is paying on Cupped secure?

Payments are handled by Stripe, a leading payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. You can save cards securely for faster checkout and manage them from your account.

How do I get help with an order?

Your order is fulfilled by the roaster who made the coffee, so for anything about a specific order — despatch, delivery, a fault or a return — they’re the fastest route and the ones who can act on it. You’ll find their contact details on their storefront. If you can’t reach them or something isn’t getting resolved, email hello@cuppedcoffee.co.uk and we’ll step in.

For roasters

I run a roastery — how do I sell on Cupped?

Start with our sell on Cupped page. You’ll get a storefront, subscriptions and secure payments, while keeping control of your prices, listings and brand.
