Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes — pause your membership or skip a single delivery any time from your account. You won't be charged while paused.
What if I don't like a coffee I'm sent?
Each roaster only sends coffees from their own range, so flavour varies roaster to roaster — that's part of the discovery. If a roaster isn't a fit, you can cancel and join another any time.
Can I change my bag size or grind?
You set your preferred size and grind at sign-up, and can update them from your account's Coffee Club settings whenever they change.
Can I join more than one roaster's club?
Yes — each membership is independent, so you can subscribe to as many roasters as you like and manage them separately.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account — there's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
