A naturally decaffeinated Colombian coffee from the Tolima and Huila regions, using the sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) process with high-mountain spring water to gently remove the caffeine while keeping the bean's natural character intact. Well-balanced and quietly sweet — a decaf with nothing missing. Roasted in small batches at our all-female roastery.
