A modern, medium-dark roasted espresso blend of 100% Arabica beans in the traditional northern Italian style. A lovely rounded caramel sweetness set off by a bright acidity. Produces a strong crema — ideally suited to espresso machines and Moka pots, though it works beautifully across brewing methods.
