Single estate coffee from the BayuKidul Estate in East Java, grown at 900–1200 metres. Named after a traditional Indonesian stringed instrument played since the 7th century, Sasando was Euan's go-to favourite for his morning brew. Full-bodied, clean and thick with a sweet herbaceous finish — roasted to second crack to minimise acidity and enhance the bean's character.
